Introduction
Four nights in luxury safari rooms overlooking the Chobe River at Chobe Safari Lodge. Chobe is proud of, and very famous for, its abundance of elephants – the highest concentration to be found anywhere in Africa.
Chobe is also famous for its huge herds of buffalo, its rich bird life and, not least, for its exquisite sunset boat cruises, a wildlife experience not to be missed. Explore the Chobe Game Reserve by boat as well as by game viewing vehicles and also pay a visit to the world renowned Victoria Falls.

| Day 1 |
Meet and Greet
Meet, greet and assistance at Johannesburg International by a representative from Explore Africa Adventures from where guests will fly out on Botswana flight no. BP 214 to Kasane. Departure time 11h00. ETA in Kasane 13h20. A shuttle from Chobe Safari Lodge will transfer guests to the Lodge where they will check into the beautiful and luxurious River Rooms. André van Vuuren, Director of Explore Africa and registered safari guide, will meet guests at the Lodge. |
| Day 2 |
Chobe Safari Lodge
We are going to spend the day in the Chobe. The Chobe is proud of, and very famous for, its abundance of elephants – the highest concentration to be found anywhere in Africa.
Chobe is also famous for its huge herds of buffalo, its rich bird life and, not least, for its exquisite sunsets, a wildlife experience not to be missed. We spend the night again at Chobe Safari Lodge. The Morning game drive will be in special open game viewing vehicles and afternoon at leisure. |
| Day 3 |
Victoria Falls
Today we will visit the world-renowned Victoria Falls on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. The Victoria Falls is approximately 1690m wide and varies in height from 62m (Devil's Cataract) to 109m (Eastern Cataract). In comparison the Niagra Falls are 968m wide and on average 54m high. |
| Day 4 |
Chobe Safari Lodge
Morning game drive or two hour boat excursion. The afternoon we will go on a three hour scenic sunset boat cruise on the Chobe River. We will spend the night again in Chobe Safari Lodge overlooking the tranquil waters of the Chobe River. |
| Day 5 |
Homeward Bound
We will have the morning at leisure. Depart on Air Botswana flight to Johannesburg. Departure time 15h00. ETA 18h15. |

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% per person is required in order to confirm a booking. The balance is due a minimum of 14 days prior to departure.
