A non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm any booking. The balance is due a minimum of 14 days prior to departure.

Requirements
Explore Africa will require the following, before the safari commences:
- Certified copy of your passport
- A passport which is valid for 6 months past your safari dates
- Certified copy of vehicle registration
- If you are not the owner of the vehicle, a letter of permission from the owner will be required
- Medical information, including the blood group of all parties
- Medical aid details
- Contact details for your next of kin
